As an alternative way to collect money for school trips, PE kit payment and music lessons (to name a few) Perry Beeches The Academy has now set up an online, e-payment system to make payment more convenient, more flexible and safer for parents.

“Parent Pay” is the school online payment system that lets you make secure online payments by credit and debit card.

Not only does this make it safer for your child as they do not have to carry large amounts of money to school, the risk of lost money is removed and as a parent, receipt of your payment/s is made and you can track your payment history over time when you view your account statement. You can add information of children at other “Parent Pay” school’s too.

We have already created a secure account for you which require a unique Username and Password for you to access.  If you’ve received your login details, go to the Parent Pay site to activate your account. You can then start to make payments straight away.

If you’ve not yet received your account information, please contact finance@pb-theacademy.co.uk or ring the finance department through the school office 0121 360 4242 so that we can get your details to you.
